Timeshare Exit Companies

Who is Harold Miller?
Harold O. Miller is an attorney that claimed to help owners exit their timeshare. According to the lawsuit filed in April of 2019, Miller and his firm guaranteed to "provide a legal service to permanently cancel a timeshare contract," but did not have the "legal capacity" to do so. The suit claims Miller’s services were intentionally deceitful, causing Wyndham customers to "stop fulfilling their payment obligations under the Timeshare Contracts, resulting in breach, default, and damaged credit."

In 2020, attorney Harold Miller agreed to cease his timeshare exit business after U.S. District Judge Paul Byron substantiated Wyndham’s claims that Miller falsely solicited and advertised cancellation services to its timeshare owners.

The case is Wyndham Vacation Ownership Inc. et al. v. Harold O. Miller et al.; case number 6:19-cv-00817, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.
